• Return Process:

• Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 


• Eligibility:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Note: Certain items, such as personal care products and cosmetics, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty or damaged.


• Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrectly delivered or damaged due to our fault.
